Prior to founding LocaModa, he was a founder of Symbian, the London-based wireless joint venture between Ericsson, Nokia, Panasonic, Psion, Samsung, Siemens and Sony Ericsson. He served on the Operational Board of Symbian from 1998 to 2002 where his roles included COO, EVP Design and Technology and EVP Advanced Data Services. During that period, he was also the Chairman of The Ambient Computing Working Group, advising the European Parliament on roadmaps for pervasive computing. Prior to Symbian, Stephen was the architect of Psion PLC's licensing strategy. He led the restructuring of Psion to form Psion Software, which as Joint President, he helped build into a global licensing business and, in 1998, led its spin-out to form Symbian. He was also a founder of the pen-based computing pioneers, Eden Group, which was acquired by Geoworks. Before venturing into mobile computing, Stephen had a career in music technology, developing the world's first digital guitar, for which he received a British Design Award from HRH Prince Phillip. He has several patents to his name, including one of the first British software patents, for his "write on screen electronic organizer."

Before joining LocaModa, Bill was President of Portola Tech International, a leading global manufacturer of plastic packaging components for the Cosmetic Industry. Bill established and grew operations in the US, Brazil, United Kingdom, Ireland, Czech Republic and the Peoples Republic of China. Prior to Portola, Bill created Boston's most successful real estate guide, the New England Apartment Guide. Competing against established media for advertising revenue, he pioneered a permanent paradigm shift in apartment marketing. The Apartment Guide was purchased by Haas Publishing where it remains a leader in today's market. Bill began his career in New York’s advertising industry managing prestigious brands at Della Famina McNamee.

Already considered an early stage media start-up veteran, Steve brings demonstrated success in business startup, turnaround, and growth ventures. Prior to LocaModa Steve was Regional Sales Director for Dotomi, an interactive media services start-up specializing on behavioral and database marketing. Here Steve led sales & business development efforts in the East where he helped create, manage and build processes leading to successful market penetration, turnaround, and revenue growth. Before this Steve was on the ground floor at Facebook, the world's largest social utility site. One of the first 15 employees at Facebook, he directed Media Sales in several key verticals and was responsible for landing landmark relationships such as Panasonic and Microsoft that paved the way to unprecedented revenue and market share growth. Prior to Facebook Steve was with a Boston based start-up acquired by Monster, the world's largest Job portal. Here he was responsible for building and scaling revenue across new emerging Monster media channels. Steve began his career in media sales as one of the first sales hires to open up the New England market for YellowBook, a subsidiary of British Telecommunications.

Before joining LocaModa, Susan was the founding technology executive at Denver
based Local Matters, Inc. where she worked for ten years. Local Matters develops
and maintains online local search and advertising initiatives that serve more
than one billion monthly page views across 17 countries. She was instrumental
in growing the business - having responsibility for technology, operations, and
customer and account management. Prior to Local Matters, Susan served as Vice
President, Engineering and Operations at Affinia, Inc., an Internet startup engaged
in the development of contextual merchandising services. She was also Vice
President of the Customer Service and Support Practice at SSDS, Inc., a network
systems consulting firm and held positions at Wellswood Consulting Company, CSC
Intelicom, Inc. and New England Telephone and Telegraph Company. Ms. Dalton
holds B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Babson College.
